And in this mess of responsibilities invariably things slips through the cracks. Like forgetting to renew your driver’s license to pick a completely random example that definitely didn’t happen to me recently. So let’s create an app to help stay on top of so-called “life admin.”

The Idea: an app which helps users to stay on top of their life admin tasks that are otherwise forgotten

How it Works:

• Users download the app and the platform automatically links to a user’s email account.

• It systematically goes through looking for admin related tasks and sets up reminders for when they need to be renewed. For example, it will let you know when you need to pay your car tax or insurance.

• The app will also prompt users to input additional information, such as taking pictures of passports or bank cards and setting up reminders for when these need to be updated.

Go-to-market: Build an MVP with just the email reading functionality, test it with a small group and iterate from there.

Monetisation: Small subscription fee (or give for free + sell the data)

Startup Costs: With a good engineer by your side you could start this for a few hundred bucks
